Following my tour in Vietnam, I was stationed at Ft Hood, Texas. It is the home of the Second Armor Division with the well earned nickname of Hell on Wheels. I was Fire-Direction Center Computer with the First Batallion, Seventy-eighth Artillery consisting of the huge 175mm howitzers.
