In January 1995 a handsome new Stockbridge footway crossing of the Ovens River in Wangaratta, North Eastern Victoria, was opened. It provides a far safer
northern link for pedestrians and cyclists to the central business district than the old timber stockbridge which it replaced.
This photograph was taken in the early 1990s with Kodak High Speed Infrared film. I have a vast collection of negatives and I've had some of them professionally scanned to eliminate the need for a darkroom. One of the features of this film is a very grainy appearance.
