Description
I took this photograph of four of The Condor Squadron's American T-6 aircraft from WWII when I was visiting the Squadron at the Van Nuys Airport in California.
*A portion of all my sales of the Condor Squadron photographs will be donated to the Condor Squadron Association to help them continue the great work they are doing.
The Condor Squadron Officer’s and Airmen’s Association is a unique non-profit organization founded in 1965 by a group of WWII fighter pilots, preserving a piece of aviation history that played an important part in securing the freedoms we cherish as a nation.
The Condor Squadron proudly flies WWII, North American AT-6 airplanes in formation over parades, memorial services, and events commemorating veterans.

My photography is about seeing and experiencing the beauty all around me and hoping it will move the viewer in a way they feel what I felt in that moment, in that once-in-a-lifetime moment that has now been caught in the beauty of a print for all to see.
I hope you find just the right photo as you look through my work that would make a perfect gift for a home or office. All my photo prints, note cards, posters, and cell phone covers are priced to be competitive and make wonderful personal gifts for all occasions.

Jerry Cowart - My journey with photography is an ongoing and ever-evolving process. I am challenged to slow down each and every day in this busy world and to stop and admire all the beauty by which I am surrounded.
What I have discovered is to enjoy the moment, to love the sound of the shutter as it goes off and be lost in the joy of that one perfect moment, and be able to capture it in my camera. For that one magic moment, and in the blink of an eye it will be gone, I see the perfection and beauty in a world that is not always as kind and loving as I would want it to be.
My photography is about seeing and experiencing the beauty all around me and hoping it will move the viewer in a way they feel what I felt in that moment, in that once-in-a-lifetime moment that has now been caught in the beauty of a print for all to see.
It is my intention through my original fine art photography to share the beauty and perfection I see with those who view my work. I hope you enjoy my work and thank you for taking the time to view it. I invite you to look through my varied galleries of photographic prints and hope you enjoy them as much as I did when I was moved to take these photographs.
My photographs have been featured in over 72 Fine Art America groups
Taken with Canon EOS R5 with a Canon 24-240MM lens
A portion of my photo sales go to support the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society which helps blood cancer patients live better, longer lives, and to Veterans, Inc., an organization that serves veterans and their families across America. I will also be donating to a few Save the wild horses organizations.
