Hmm, just on time for Halloween. This is a book cover for John Ringo of a zombie plague. On the cover is one of the main character named Faith who is a tough nut teenager with a Saiga shotgun, Kukri blade, Machete, .45, Knee, elbow and shin guards. Also a tactical knife, Bowie knife and a back pack of ammo with some survival gear; normally she would be wearing her firefighting bunker gear with a helmet and a respirator. One other important thing is her teddy bear. All of this to survive the onslaught of zombie hordes or a nasty dog-pile.
