Description

This is one of the beautiful mature trees on the picturesque town common of Norwood, Massachusetts. I think it may be an American sycamore, an Oriental plane tree, or a London plane tree, which is a hybrid of the two. It has lovely, peeling bark of gray, tan, and green, which makes it look as if it is wearing camouflage.
