The Wall The Memorial The Reasons..we teach our children no hitting and you can not solve things by hitting and so when will grown men in charge of a great many learn these things. NO HITTING you must use your words. You must communicate and by the time the first lick has passed one has already won and whether by valor and or stature. Would it not be better just to word it out and not settle until you have. You have a great many under your great care and a great responsibility to all of these and this responsibility can not be solved and by a mental status which allows for destruction of any of these. Be the great leaders you were meant to be. SOLVE THESE THINGS and using communication.
