The stillness of an autumn morning at Dixville Notch New Hampshire. Walking around the lake could only be better if I had a hot cup of coffee to warm my hands and insides. I think I could spend many a dawn at this pond. The pond is a part of the Balsam's resort. Like many resorts in the US, they fell to the economic times. They current information states that they are looking for investors to renovate the property.
