"The Shaman" is a portrait across time and cultures. Done over two different time periods, the original painting in 1998 and currently repurposed with the images of Petroglyphs and designs of various cultures and time periods.

Mike Lawrence graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1979 and has been working in the art world as an illustrator, art director, instructor and painter ever since. Mike enjoys painting an variety of subject matter in both watercolors and acrylics.
