Very interesting and powerful piece of art! Layla, you could create the striking image of a child. The glance of this orphan is very touching, full of thoughts, emotions and questions. These eyes are difficult to forget.

Such a powerful painting. Child's imagination has no boundaries, he can be thinking of anything, beautiful.

This is a curious piece of art. The boy is partially seen and appears to be dreaming a bit or lost in a world of fantasy brought on by his toys. One could think that he is bored at first glance, but no it is much more than that. We see over his shoulder an environment that is not lavish ( like the British palaces) , not a pauper, modestly kept by adults who care for him The title helps us to realize that he is a bit lost in his place in the world. Well done and this may very well haunt me tonight. FAV
