When the past jumps up and shows itself to us, in the midst of our daily lives. During a drive home from a retreat weekend, I ran across this land that was filled with history, I just didnt know what that history is, but I am still curious and want to know more. Old fences framed the properities, broken down buildings, rustic and in ruin graced the area. This view caught my attention. A view that the historic settlers who lived here, homesteaded here must have enjoyed each day too.
