THE JOYS OF SPRING by Lynn Bauer - I think this image exemplifies what Ralph Waldo Emerson meant when he wrote, "The earth laughs in flowers." When I came across this scene, I couldn't help but smile and be joyful! A variety of bees, butterflies, and other pollinators flitted through the air as they traveled from one colorful flower to the next. And, the aroma was incredible! This was taken in early spring as a variety of bright wildflowers blanketed the sides of this hill, creating a magical feast for my eyes! It is truly a joy to search out scenes like this as Texas explodes into a new and lovely spring season! This panorama image can be printed up to very large sizes with great detail.
