Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

I work in pencil, ink, color pencil, acrylic paint, oil paint, and photography. My years at Fullerton College were invaluable, beacause they let me explore different processes by which people make art. That keeps it fresh and fun. My background as a graphic designer helped introduce me to photo manipulation, which led me to my first camera, and I have been hooked ever since! I am not a photographer, but an artist who uses a camera. I say this because I nearly always keep the camera on automatic when I shoot. I tend to do my own darkroom work in photoshop elements anyway.
