This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

The flames are depicted as an orange and yellow glow that illuminates a chaotic night sky as people below flee from the destruction. Smoke billows from the buildings as onlookers watch in awe at the disruption occurring before them.
