Taken at the water breaks on the Kaw (I think) River in Lawrence, KS at flood stage. Ironically, 30 days after I posted this image, a copy got sold to someone in Lawrence, KS and in a couple months this was all cleaned up, the signs repainted and the wooden barricade removed. Now they are in the process of redoing this entire area. Perhaps I did some good?
