Gardner Butte in southern Colorado is an often overlooked feature. From the main road it doesn't look like much so most people pass it by. I decided to venture down the road behind it as I was looking for a good spot to shoot the night sky from. I ended up finding and liking this view as it showed nice depth with the sky, snowy mountains and the butte.
