This is the most beautiful painting! I feel lucky and blessed that I came across it! My husband and I honeymooned in Mo’orea and we had taken many pictures in front of this church. To find that Greg Collins painted it was such a joy! We will treasure it forever!

I was super-pleased with my photo print purchase! Like many people, I’m sure, when making online purchases there’s always just a little voice of skepticism in the back of my mind. I knew I liked the image, but had to roll the dice that it would look good in person, the frame would be adequate, etc. I must say it exceeded even my hopeful expectations! First of all, the packing was stellar. The photo print did look great in person, and the framing was WAY better than I was expecting! It was ready to go with a sturdy hanging wire already in place. Unfortunately it was a gift, so I don’t have a photo of it on my wall! I did, however, open and inspect it before wrapping it and re-shipping (in the same stellar packing!). I would easily recommend FineArtAmerica and will happily shop with them again in the future…worry free!

This was painted on a Sunday morning in Spring of 2008. The view is from the intersection of 4th and Pine looking North-East towards Market St. My studio is now in the red brick building on the left.
About Geoffrey Haun
Using oils, watercolors and mixed media Haun paints from life as well as his imagination producing works that vary greatly in style and subject ranging from impressionistic landscapes to imaginary scenes inspired by dreams and visions. Some of his recent works are inspired by classical Asian art. Other recent work utilizes non-recyclable, non-biodegradable trash to create a painting surface that fools the eye into thinking it is seeing a natural material such as wood or stone. Mr. Haun has been drawing and painting since his childhood. His parents encouraged and supported his creativity enabling him to attend after school art programs and receive private lessons as well as introducing him to the works of many great artists...
