Photographic depiction of three pilots with 303 Squadron (Polish) RAF in their Mk Vb Spitfires on a sweep over northern France in 1942. (L-R) Janusz Marciniak in W3506 RF-U; Zygmunt Bienkowski (later nicknamed 'Bing Crosby' by American pilots) in AB929 RF-R; and Michal Kolubinski, who became one of the most decorated pilots of World War II, in BL672 RF-M.
