Somewhere...by Lynn Bauer - One of the largest, widest, and brightest rainbows that I have ever seen! Taken at the east end of Simi Valley in Southern California. Rainbows are always beautiful, but in these days of drought in California, they are rare and especially wonderful!! According to the Bible, a rainbow is God's promise to us that He will never flood the earth, again, as in the days of Noah. But, for today, we will take it as a promise that there will be more rain ahead for those of us experiencing this long drought!
Simi Valley is at the eastern end of Ventura County and just north of Los Angeles County.
