Photo of small Blue Jay in snowstorm in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Original texture created by FAA Artist, Jai Johnson, called, "SnowCapped", was added to image, using Corel Paintshop techniques of blending and brushes. Second texture of blue sky and snowflakes was added last to create a "Painterly" look.
