Soft light falls over the beautiful fall foliage in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia as the fog rolls in from the far side of the valley. Evening is setting in over this rural countryside landscape that is literally glowing with the colors of the autumn season.
This photo was taken not too far off the Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive in Waynesboro, Virginia. The scenery here, especially in autumn, is just spectacular!!
