I absolutely love this photo of Hazel. My first visit to the Smoky Mountains was in April 2017. I have been searching for a black bear photo for years and this one stole my heart. This beautiful girl was photographed the same year. I am very pleased with the canvas print!!

Veinlet of serpentine in peridotite (Alpe Arami, Switzerland).
Peridotite, a rock made of a silicate called olivine, is the most important rock of the planet, as it constitutes most of the Earth�s mantle. The peridotite from at Alpe Arami (Switzerland) in the central Alps, has another peculiar feature, because it is the rock of deepest origin (estimated at > 300 km) ever found in the Alps. In the picture, a veinlet of light blue serpentine and black magnetite crosscuts the olivine-rich rock.
