Here is a sea turtle I painted on a piece of aluminum for a friend. I like doing wild life, specially sea life. Not sure why I was born and raised in Arizona....Wild/Sea Life can be so colorful I think.
About Mike Royal
As a kid I watched and participated with my dad and his fine art adventure. I would go to all of the art shows I could, sit and paint with him (just picture grade school art here). He would also take me to the Hot Rod and motorcycle shows. I will never forget the show in 1977 we went to when I was 12. I saw a guy airbrushing cars on shirts. I was like WOW that is cool. I brought my dad over and told him this is what I want to do! He already had a Binks airbrush, he called an air pencil. Was only a single action very limited in what you could do. So the next week he bought me a Badger single action off of the tool truck at work. Still a single action but I could control it a little more than the Binks. That day I started airbrushing...
