Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

The Ruby-Crowned Kinglet (Regulus calendula) is a small songbird that is a member of the kinglet family. This bird's plumage includes olive-green upperparts, buff underparts, plain face and head, two conspicuous white wing bars, pale white eye ring, and a red crown (in adult males only) that is normally concealed. The ruby crown is typically displayed when the bird is agitated or excited. Ruby Crowned Kinglets measure about 4.25 inches in length and about 0.23 ounces in weight. Kinglets are migratory birds, ranging from Canada and Alaska in the north to Mexico in the south. While their preferred foods includes small insects and spiders which they glean from branches, they also eat seeds, tree sap, and fruit. Kinglets are very active, moving along branches and foliage in short, erratic flights, and flick their wings and tails characteristically.
