Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You†to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….
An acrylic painting of waves rolling in and crashing against the sea wall at Prospect Reef, Grand Cayman. In the summer I regularly stood in among the waves - using the sea as my Jacuzzi. I painted this from memory. If I forgot how something looked I would have to go back in the following day and try to remember long enough to get back to the easel and paint some more. Sometimes it's a hard life being an artist.
