Rising Zombies was taken by Renee Barnes in 2013. Renee took these pictures at City Park during the Zombie Run Race. It was a 5k obstacle course race in City Park, New Orleans. The runners were heroes and the zombies were obstacles that had to pop the runners balloons. The event was a lot of fun and Renee got some great picks of the zombies, who were all to happy to pose and act their parts.
