Jellyfish march to the tune of their own drummer, so to speak, but so fluid are their movements that it seems to disqualify this statement entirely.
My paintings are all hand-drawn and hand-painted (by me) on a fine rice paper with a wonderful texture that is showcased in the torn edge of the piece. I use acid-free, archival ink then apply alternating applications of liquid-hot, melted wax and watercolor pigment to produce the final detailed, yet loose, luminous, and expressive painting.
