Virtual World is one of a number of companies hoping to cash in on the current US craze for digital theme parks. Visitors to its Battletech centres receive a mission briefing before engaging in multi-player tournaments in futuristic, virtual worlds. This game involves death races through the canals of Mars between heavily armed mining vehicles."
