I had to come visit this one Ana. I actually have red hibiscus that grow in my back yard but the last frost here absolutely toasted them.........Rats! This is a most wonderful alternative, so nice to see, and one of my favorites!! So Happy!

Ana,this is one of your paintings I missed. I love hibiscus bushes and there is a whole bush in this single bloom.It is not just red, it is simply startling ! The starry center and brilliant green surrounds serve to increase the intensity.What a beautiful preview of late summer .L/F
