I used to have a macaw named Raul, and really, OMG.........what was I thinking? He was beautiful AND very demanding with a scream that could be heard 3 blocks away! He has a new home with friends who live out in the country now. My neighbors are grateful! OMG!!

Hi Marsha. Thank you for your nice comment and you're so right about them being rascals! So gorgeous and smart, entertaining, loud, demanding...kinda like a spoiled child, in my book. And...they certainly DO NOT belong in cages!!!

Your pencil work is exquisite. Those parrots can be real rascals sometimes. There was one named Jasper....the shop mascot where I worked years ago...nearly got my finger bit off more than once!!!
