I was thrilled to discover your website and find that you were offering multiple products with the image of the Filben Maestro as my grandfather, William Filben, was the inventor. I will be framing this photo for my home and anticipate ordering many other items in the near future for my large extended family

When I saw this photo of my hero, I had to obtain it because as you can see in the photo, I have Babe Ruth when he was young & strong initially with the Yankees. I want to truly thank the artist for his photo!

Terrific concert photo of Madonna back in the '80s. I hope the owner of this series featured in Life Magazine will make more available. They are stunning.

Artist's Description
A low level stratus layer may hinder general aviation pilots, but it usually does nothing to stop a large commercial aircraft from getting to it's destination. Equipped with hi-tech navigational equipment, airliners simply ride invisible radio beams or preset GPS points all the way down to the runway. They simply shoulder their way through the soup.
Such is the case with this 747. Punching thru the residual morning fog that hugs the ground, it illustrates it's capability quite clearly as it cuts a hole through the gray. I love this picture for the fact that the stratus has the appearance of trying to cling to the wings and airframe, as if the muck is trying to fight back and keep the pilots blind. But technology and the skills of the flightcrew prevail.
About Alex Esguerra
Aviation is a passion of mine... always has been. And photography is a means of sharing that passion with others. If I'm not flying a plane or sitting in one, then I'm likely training a lens towards it. While I've flown planes for only a fraction of my life, I've always considered myself a pilot. And pilots love sharing their experiences with others. It's easy to tell others how to takeoff, but only when I pass on that sense of joy that I feel of breaking Earth's surly bonds do most people understand why I love doing what I do. That's what I try to do with my photos. Besides proximity, I aim to convey a story or stir up the emotions within the viewer when they gaze upon my work. Here's hoping you enjoy your little stay in my...
