"Praying Fern Baby" by Patti Deters. Ostrich ferns are so delicate looking when they first emerge in the Spring. I actually like them better at this stage than when they are fully leafed out. This budding fern reminds me of a baby praying. They actually sort of become thugs in my Zone 4 Minnesota garden, but are great low care plants for shady areas.
