Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Attributed to inventors Katsuhiro Moriya and Teruhisa Numata from Chiyoda, Japan, the patent was granted on May 7, 1996, with the patent number Des. 369,643, as noted in the header of the document. The sketches show exploded and cutaway views of a mechanical device, possibly a part of machinery or equipment, with a focus on the design aspects of the invention.
