The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
A meticulous technical drawing of a hockey skate is displayed with annotations and detail call-outs indicating the design and structure of the skate. It shows the skate from a side elevation (Fig. 1), a sectional view (Fig. 2), and a bottom perspective of the skate's blade (Fig. 3), with a patent number and the date May 5, 1914. Handwritten signatures and notes are visible at the bottom, adding a personal touch to the historical context of the invention.
