Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Presented on a background of graph paper, the image shows a technical drawing of an invention relating to a billiard cushion, with the patent date of February 19, 1856. At the top, the inventor's name, "M. Phelan," is inscribed, while the bottom notes "Michl. Phelan" as the inventor with two witnesses listed. Two figures illustrate the design, with the top view (Fig. 1) detailing the cushion's geometry and the bottom view (Fig. 2) providing a side perspective of the cushioning on a billiard table leg.
