Lower Lewis Falls is located in the Pacific Northwest, Washington , USA. It is an awesome waterfall and perfect for the hiker or photographer. My journey into the falls was through an old growth forest with beautiful trees that rivalled the Redwoods of California in stature. I took these images in November...the water was frigid and ice covered the rocks on the shoreline. If you plan to go here be prepared to descend on a rope a short distance down the rock face leading to the river. This is a wonderful location and one I recommend for those prepared to make the journey...Cheers Bob
