Wonderful tribute, Heidi, to the patriotic symbol of our country! Since 1782, it has endured as the National Emblem for the USA. But long before settlers here adopted it as as national symbol, Native Americans have held it in high regard, as a sacred symbol; it is very important in their culture and practice of their faith/religion! I love the subtle effect of Old Glory in the background of this Bald Eagle! This work, Heidi, is simply top-notch! I love it! Fave! L/F!
