Description

I created this version of the impressionistic watercolor of a lighthouse that I painted in order to focus on the beautiful colors of the ocean sunset. I hope this scene reminds you of the many other gorgeous sunsets that you have witnessed over the years as well as the One who created such beauty for us to enjoy.♥

However, this painting is more than a mood painting. The light from the lighthouse is but a glimmer of light compared with the light of His Presence that is bouncing off the threatening rocks...

Perhaps as Christ followers that is how our light is supposed to shine... His Presence in us reveals the contrasting darkness that is in the world. His Presence in us is like a beacon of light pointing the way to the Father of Light.♥
