The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The wooden frame includes a hanging wire for easy mounting on your wall (see photo on the left).

Artist's Description
After taking an evening cruise on the Seine, we walked along the river on Ile de la Cite to Notre Dame where we took phtos of ourselves and of the beautiful old church.
This photo was taken without a tripod, resting the Canon PowerShot SX20 Is on a post. The lens aperture was set at F/2.8, shutter speed 1/6 second and ISO-400.
