Description

As stated in my bio, I was inspired to take up painting after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack on New York City. I love the beauty and energy of the city. We were all in a state of disbelief and shock after the attack. The people of our nation grieved. I needed color in my life. Painting was the answer. This image is my tribute to all of the souls lost. The yacht on the Hudson is carrying them away. The ghostly forms of the Twin Towers stand in the background. I will Never Forget.
