Therein one lists what one is thankful for.
I am thankful everyday.
I painted this picture a few years ago and put it away.
I had forgotten I had painted it.
Now I remember at the time, I did not think it was very good.
Now, I have brought this out to show to you.
Now I like it.

Oh Anne-Elizabeth ! I don't know how I didn't see this. I'm slowing down with comments and becoming a bit intermittent as I can't keep up with regular visiting any longer,so maybe that's why. The lilac and apple green shades throughout this are magical. Just love the little patterned chintzy style tea cup.The open journal beautifully includes pastel shades of all the other colours and harmonizes everything perfectly. And of course the morning glory flower is a delight.A definite favourite of mine! v/f

SO very beautiful Anne ... and I couldn't agree more about the gratitude journal ... tho I don't actually keep one, I try to keep the spirit of it in my heart. Such a lovely image ... almost as if you painted it using crushed pearls!!!! v&f!!!
