Mt. Shasta ..... moonrise .... YES, (have been there and watched it many many times.) The full moon of May is a VERY special time there: The Celebration of Light ( Wesak Festival ) The snow covered mountain glows in the moonlight. It's awesome.

You and the mountain have the same name! How cool is that? I'd have to look at the file properties to know for sure, but I think this was taken in January or February. I distinctly remember having very cold fingers on this shoot!
