This print is beautiful. It's a commonly depicted subject, but it is very special. The composition, tonal quality, and movement are exceptional and evocative. The piece is true to it's title... breathtaking!

I have wanted this for my pro life bulletin board at my Catholic Church and I wasn’t disappointed. It is beautiful and it has so much meaning put in a picture. A picture speaks better then words and this picture says it all. Thanks
Artist's Description
Why haven't we been back to the moon in 50 years? Why was Stanley Kubrick working with the government? Why is the moon the same size as the sun? Why is the moon mostly never full when both the sun and the moon are visibly sharing the same sky?
If the FBI and CIA can lie about a made up collusion on current events then don't you think they may have lied about everything else to keep the herd on this experimental prison planet from probing too far into it all?
...Just something to think about. Personally, I'm on the fence as it's hard to tell without actually having been there and I'm not falling for Chinese whispers or baseless opinions anymore.

Nice picture Az. I don't know anything significant about the assorted conspiracy theories or any of the politico/economic factors that may be behind your first point, but the 3rd and 4th points are simple matters of physics that you can demonstrate in 5 minutes in your own living room with a light source (think sun) and a smaller preferably round object (moon). Line them up sun-moon-eye with a much bigger gap between the moon and sun than between moon and eye - you won't be able to see the sun (ie the smaller 'moon' appears bigger (but it isn't)). Then leaving the 'moon' and 'sun' where they are move off to one side - the moon will start to be more illuminated (ie fuller) ... keep going until you are nearly between your sun and moon - the moon will now appear full - this is effectively what happens every 28 days when the moon revolving around the earth is pretty much on the side away from the sun. They are both sharing the same 'sky' but appearances change depending on your viewpoint, just as things look different when backlit or in silhouette.
