On a quiet misty morning the tall ornamental grasses sway gently in the wind. This beautiful ornamental grass is called Ravennagrass or Elephant grass and it grows tall and strong topped by feathery light plumes. It is a tall, hardy plant which is especially good for colder climates such as northern Ohio. Although it is strong, the feathery plumes rustle quietly in soft breezes adding a sense of tranquility to any garden.
