Description
This 22" X 30" acrylic composition was done in 2002. The location is the "Reflecting Pond" at the National Mall near the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C. Here we have a painting of a child, in this case, my oldest son when he was young, who is fascinated with the pigeons & could care less about the history of this site.
