Description
This pink poodle decorated with a Mardi Gras Mask and beads sat on the front lawn of The Starfish Cafe when it was located on Main Street in Bay Saint Louis, MS. The cafe was run by PNEUMA - Winds of Hope, a non-profit organization committed to helping others. Their motto is Helping Others 1 x 1. Students were trained in the restaurant business and life skills, including anger management and financial stability.
The cafe was a spirit filled place and a popular spot for locals and tourist alike in this artsy, tourist, beach town.

Oh how cute...at first I thought it a live dog. I have a time just putting collars on mine :)

This is so clever and eye-catching and cute!
Kathy K McClellan replied:
There are actually three of them attached to a sleigh, bought as Christmas decorations. After the New Year, Di decorated them for Mardi Gras and they are even cuter than they were as a Christmas decoration. Only Di would find and display PINK poodles! :)
