***A Tribute to New Orleans Mardi Gras***

***Many characters in this parade were taken from various photos from Louisiana in a time of good times and Mardi Gras. The Gator Costume and Jazz Man are Symbols of the South. The Dragon float was created from a memory of a previous parade. The other characters were added from thought and memory of pictures seen and costumes warn.

***This piece is a Mixed Media Original Acrylic Painting. It includes 3 dimensional gold glitter paint on two of the characters and metallic ink in the background.
