Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

It all started with drawing inventions and army men in a black marble notebook in second grade. The second grade teacher pressed him into service to do her bulletin boards. Miss Herman was not only NOT a great teacher but she also was devoid of artistic ability. Joe Savarese is by Trade a seller of heavy construction equipment. In a quest to use the other side of his brain he has turned to art. Joe is primarily self-taught. First encouraged to develop his art by his much loved Mother-in-Law. Joe's Daughter who graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City helped him fine tune his abilities. Needless to say his Daughter's house looks like the "Savarese Gallery" with originals, prints, and murals. (no sand...
