Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

We once had a lovebird, When I learned that they mate for life I realized I could never keep a bird in a cage again. I have friends here in Ajijic who built a large aviary in their house that could eventually be opened to the world. They bred lovebirds and now have given them their freedom. They return to the aviary at night or to eat and breed, but they are common sights in the trees along the shore of Lake Chapala now. This is my homage to these wonderful birds.
