The is the southend of the Seaside boardwalk home of Kohr's Custard, a jersey shore tradition. The photo was taken in January 2013, approx 2 months after superstorm Sandy destroyed the entire boardwalk and businesses. The following months saw to the rebuilding and by Memorial Day most everything had been restored. Ironically in September a fire supposedly starting in this location had wiped out the entire boardwalk and all it's businesses AGAIN. Kohrs and Funtown Pier, which did survive the storm, are complete toast!!
