There is no doubt in my mind that John Lennon is as much a prophet as anyone else that has ever walked this Earth. For me the lyrics to his song Imagine are the blue print for peace on Earth. John Lennon's message of peace and unity is as profoundly simple as those of Gandhi, Martin Luther king, Buddha, Jesus and so many others who have found their Dharma in spreading their message in their own unique way with their own unique talents. Unfortunately, like so many others like him, his life was ended by the same violence that he used his talents to oppose. The message however lives on in his music.
About Seventh Son
Yes, I am the seventh of my fathers eight sons. I was born on the Autumnal Equinox of 1968, I served in the U.S. Army during the first Gulf War, afterwards I studied anthropology and history at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Since then I have been an over the road truck driver. Throughout my life I have had a passion for art and I am primarily self taught. Inspired by the support of my wonderful girlfriend I have decided to pursue my artwork more seriously, because nothing gives me a greater sense of fullfillment than sharing my passion with others.
